As countries in the Global North make steady progress towards inoculating their populations,  and the US reports excess stockpiles of vaccines;  the vast majority of people in middle and low income countries do not have access to Covid-19 vaccines at all. The unfolding surge in India, which was expected to be the principal supplier of vaccines to the world, has further stymied efforts to fight off Covid-19.  Where do different countries stand on vaccine access? What is vaccine diplomacy, and who is doing it?  Join Professors Biswas and Parris for a discussion on the global ramifications of the race to end the pandemic.
